Founded on March 17, 2020, when he was furloughed from the professional kitchen due to a global pandemic virus. A Navy veteran, trained to adapt and over come setbacks and shortcomings decided to turn a negative into a positive. He set out to show people around the world through his food, his face and his unique outlook on current food culture just how unique situations, and just the right amount of pressure can produce spectacular results when handled correctly. Now with an open mind, and a hunger for food done correctly, join me and my gorilla family on this journey that will span to every corner of this planet!
